Cherry Gilbert – Business Manager

Cherry has lived on the Coast for over 25 years, and brings a wealth of management experience to her team at Ray White Hibiscus Property Management.

Her diverse array of skills comes from a wide and varied career including hospitality management, real estate sales and also her time as the manager of the Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre. She approached each of these roles with a focus on outstanding customer service, has strong communication skills and a clear and logical approach to problem solving.

Vicky Smith – Property Manager

Vicky has significant experience within the Real Estate and Property industry, spanning over 25 years – including; Property Management, Property Development and Project Management, Property Research and Consulting across all property sectors – commercial, industrial, retail, tourism and hospitality and residential, and most recently as a Business Owner, Director and Operations Manager within the Ray White Group. Vicky also brings to the team an extensive background in marketing and communications across a range of industries.

Vicky graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business Studies in Property and Finance and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a Management endorsement.

Vicky and her partner have three children and reside locally on the Hibiscus Coast. Vicky and her family are actively involved in the local community, particularly through their kids schools and sporting activities.

Nicki Hide – Letting Specialist

Nicki Hide joins Ray White Hibiscus Property Management as our Letting Specialist and to provide additional administrative support to our Property Management team.

Nicki brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in the real estate industry, across both Property Management and Sales, since 2012 She’s enthusiastic, friendly and enjoys going the extra mile for her clients.

Nicki is a local here on the Coast, as she says herself – “what better place to live?” Nicki loves meeting new people from all walks of life and building strong, collaborative relationships that last.
